This Quote Supplied is for full installation including supply of Air conditioners

Scope of Works:

Supply and installation of air conditioning systems as per the quotation and agreed design. All works to be carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications and relevant Australian Standards.

Inclusions:

•Supply of all specified air conditioning units and materials.

•Installation of indoor and outdoor units, interconnecting pipework and control wiring

•Condensate drainage as required.

•Commissioning and testing of system upon completion.

•Manufacturer warranty registration (where applicable).

•Site clean-up upon completion of works.

Exclusions:

•Electrical work beyond isolator connection (unless otherwise stated).

•Removal or disposal of existing air conditioning systems (unless specified).

•Wall, ceiling, or roof patching, painting, or repairs.

•Additional access equipment or works required due to restricted access.

•Builder’s works, carpentry, or structural alterations.

•Rubbish removal unless otherwise stated.

•Penetrations through structural elements requiring engineering approval.

•Any unforeseen works discovered once installation has commenced.

General Conditions:

1.Quotation Validity: 30 days from date of issue.

2.Payment Terms: A 40% deposit upon Acceptance, balance upon completion.

3.Access: Clear and safe access to all work areas must be provided.

4.Variations: Any variations or additional works will be quoted and approved prior to commencement.

5.Warranty: Installation workmanship warranty for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranty applies as per brand terms.

6.Scheduling: Installation date to be confirmed upon receipt of deposit and availability of equipment.

7.Ownership: All equipment remains the property of Delta AirCondtioning Services until full payment is received.
